HARD ROCK CAFE® LISBOA presents “Menu Specials of the Day” for May

Hard Rock Cafe® Lisboa (HRC) announces, for the month of May, a new local menu, consisting of a list of three main dishes, one dessert and three drinks, inspired in delicacies that distinguish the national gastronomy.

The “Specials of the Day” menu has proposals to meet the most diverse tastes. “Chicken with Piri Piri” is one of the new dishes on the menu. The half chicken drizzled with Piri Piri sauce is served with fried potatoes and butter lettuce with radish seasoned with mustard vinaigrette.

To pay homage to the Italian flavours, indispensable and already fused with the local gastronomic culture, HRC brings the “Italian Taste Burger”, a beef burger with fresh mozzarella, arugula, parmesan chips, sundried tomato and pesto sauce, served with fries and pesto mayonnaise.

A beef burger, Portuguese style, couldn’t be missed either. Named “7 Colinas Burger” you can taste this delicacy, topped with ham, melted Flemish cheese and fried egg, on a bed of watercress, tomato and red onion, served in a “bolo do caco” with seasoned fries and coriander.

And to round off the meal, a new dessert proposal also integrates this new menu. A true hard rockian reinterpretation of the traditional Camel’s Baba – made with condensed milk, served very cold, covered with caramel syrup and decorated with toasted almond flakes.

Likewise, there are new drink options. For cocktail fans, they may try the “Tea Mate”, by Bartender João Rodrigues. This is a light and refreshing cocktail mixed with Licor Beirão, lemon juice, passion fruit green tea and Why Not – organic herbal soda and lemon with a touch of angustura.

You can also try the “Bombarral Twist”, a drink with apple-tree brandy, mixed with sugar syrup, caramel syrup, pineapple juice and squeezed lime, created by the Bartender Eduardo Carvalho.

To finish the drinks suggestions, the “Why Not” is also part of the new menu. This is an organic non-alcoholic soft drink, peach and ginger flavoured with lemon mate, and is handmade in Portugal, with 100% natural ingredients.

In May, it will be impossible not to get mouthwatering with the new menu of Hard Rock Cafe Lisbon, visit the emblematic space of the avenida da liberdade and delight yourself with the new and unmissable proposals.
