O Hard Rock Cafe® Lisboa (HRC) anuncia, para o mês de maio, uma nova ementa local, composta por uma lista de três pratos principais, uma sobremesa e três bebidas, com inspiração em iguarias que distinguem a gastronomia nacional.
O menu “Especiais do Dia” tem propostas para fazer face aos mais diversos gostos. “O frango com Piri Piri” é um dos novos pratos presentes na carta. O meio frango regado com molho de Piri Piri é servido com batata frita e alface manteiga com rabanete temperado a vinagrete de mostarda.
Para homenagear os sabores italianos, indispensáveis e já fundidos com a cultura gastronómica local, o HRC traz o “Italian Taste Burger”, um hambúrguer de carne de vaca com mozzarela fresca, rúcula, lascas de parmesão, tomate seco e molho pesto, servido com batatas fritas e maionese em pesto.
Um hambúrguer de bife à portuguesa, também não podia faltar. Com o nome de “Hambúrguer 7 Colinas” pode saborear-se esta iguaria, coberta com presunto, queijo flamengo derretido e ovo estrelado, em cama de agrião, tomate e cebola roxa, servido em bolo do caco com batatas fritas temperadas e coentros.
E, para finalizar a refeição, uma nova proposta de sobremesa também integra este novo menu. Uma verdadeira reinterpretação hard rockiana da tradicional Baba de Camelo – feita com leite condensado, servida bem fria, coberta com calda de caramelo e decorada com lascas de amêndoas torradas.
