As part of the International Day of Monuments and Sites, which is celebrated on 18 April, the Amoreiras 360° Panoramic View and the Water Museum – Reservatório da Mãe d’Água das Amoreiras will hold free joint visits to the two spaces.
Under the motto “Heritage and Change”, with the aim of raising awareness of the diversity and vulnerability of heritage, as well as the need for its protection and enhancement, this date aims to awaken reflection on how to safeguard and protect sites, landscapes and monuments. Heritage should be understood as an agent of union, of sharing, of citizenship and of will for the future.
Throughout the day, the Amoreiras 360º Panoramic View will be open to welcome all those who wish to visit this, the highest point in the capital.
