2 a 6 de Fevereiro JNcQUOI ASIA
O conceituado chef tailandês Prin Polsuk vem a Portugal, a convite do JNcQUOI Asia, para dar a conhecer uma seleção de pratos exclusivos disponíveis apenas durante a “Semana Tailandesa” que decorre de 2 a 6 de fevereiro no restaurante da Avenida da Liberdade, em Lisboa.
Reconhecido pela forma como reinterpreta as mais tradicionais receitas tailandesas com recurso a ingredientes orientais pouco usuais nos dias de hoje, o Chef Prin Polsuk é responsável pelo restaurante Samrub Samrub, em Banquecoque, eleito o 31º melhor restaurante asiático em 2022 e o 75º melhor restaurante do mundo.
No JNcQUOI Asia, o chef Prin Polsuk dará a provar Ostra grelhada com caril (17€), Camarão Tigre grelhado com molho de coco (29€), Salada de Costelas de borrego com pepino (26€), Salada de Peito de pato com lichias (24€) e Sopa de peixe com molho de soja fermentado (19€) como entradas. Para prato principal, as escolhas podem recair sobre Camarão Tigre com molho pimenta preta (48€), Bacalhau grelhado com molho doce de peixe (32€), Caril ácido de Lavagante (64€) ou Caril de vaca com noodles ”Kao Soi” (31€). Waffer tailandesa (11€) e Biscoito de sésamo com gelado de coco (11€) são as sugestões do Chef Prin Polsuk como sobremesa.
Para além do menu especial desenvolvido pelo Chef Prin Polsuk, haverá um espetáculo de danças tradicionais todos os dias, entre as 21h e as 22h, durante a Semana Tailandesa.
